We run a diagnosis of the battery and the starting system. If everything is safe and in order, we jump start the car.
You're back on the road
The car is running and you pay by card. If the battery is dead, we'll arrange a replacement.

Two zones, one clear plan. All of Prague gets priority emergency call-out. The wider region we usually serve at a time we agree on together. Circumstances such as heavy traffic or an unusual number of customers are, however, beyond our control.

How much does a car jump start in Prague cost?
The call-out is 1,190 CZK and the jump start itself is 700 CZK, so 1,890 CZK together. Battery diagnosis is free with the call-out. Outside Prague we add 8 CZK per kilometre. We always confirm the final price with you by phone before we set off.
How soon will you arrive?
Across all of Prague we usually aim to reach you and start the car within 60 minutes of your call. In Central Bohemia we agree on a specific time. Heavy traffic or several customers at once can make it longer — we will always give you a realistic estimate.
What if the battery is completely dead?
If the battery cannot be revived, we bring a new one suited to your car, fit it on the spot, and take the old one away for eco-friendly disposal. Replacement costs from 2,490 CZK including the call-out; the battery itself is charged separately.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. You pay after the car is running, by card on the spot. Nothing is charged upfront.
Do you work at weekends and on public holidays?
Yes, we are available every day including weekends and public holidays, from 06:00 to 23:00. Outside those hours, leave us a request in the form and we will get back to you first thing in the morning.
Do you travel outside Prague?
Yes, we serve the whole of Central Bohemia at a pre-agreed time. Outside Prague we charge 8 CZK per kilometre and confirm the total amount with you in advance.
What if the car cannot be started?
If we judge that starting the car isn't safe, or the car cannot be started, you pay only the 1,190 CZK call-out. You pay nothing for a jump start that did not happen.
